Accepted payment methods
Veety accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay and Google Pay. You add your payment method in the app before your first ride.
What payment methods are accepted
Get an invoice
Each ride generates a receipt available in the app (Profile → Ride history). For a business invoice, contact support.
Refund
In case of an issue (ride cancelled by driver, incident, etc.), you can request a refund via the app or by contacting support. We process each request as quickly as possible.
