The User must provide a real identity. Veety reserves the right to use third-party identity and solvency verification services.
Mobile devices
The User is solely responsible for acquiring and updating compatible hardware. Veety does not guarantee that the Platform will work on any specific device. Internet connection costs remain exclusively the User's responsibility.
Strictly personal use
The account is personal to the User. Any transfer or sharing of an account is grounds for immediate termination without compensation.
Financial mechanisms and payment
Invoicing mandate
Hereby, the Third-Party Partner grants Veety a mandate to issue, on its behalf and for its account, invoices relating to Transport Services performed via the Platform.

When placing an order, Veety may perform a bank pre-authorisation corresponding to the estimated amount plus 20% to cover potential route changes.
Damage and cleaning fees
If a Third-Party Partner reports, with supporting evidence (timestamped photos), that the User has damaged the vehicle (bodily fluids, waste, material damage), the User irrevocably authorises Veety to charge a flat-rate restoration amount (Scale: Level 1 — €50, Level 2 — €100, Level 3 — €250).
Disclaimer and limitations

Veety does not guarantee any waiting time or availability of Third-Party Partners. The absence of a driver at any given time shall not incur the Company's liability.
Civil and criminal liability
The Third-Party Partner is solely responsible for damage caused to third parties, traffic offences, and passenger safety. The User waives any claim against Veety for matters relating to performance of the transport service.
Lost property
Veety exercises no control over items left in vehicles. Storage and return of found items are at the sole discretion of the Third-Party Partner. A return fee (€20) may apply to compensate the driver's travel.

Applicable law and dispute resolution
Consumer mediation
In the event of a dispute, the User may use an approved consumer mediator free of charge.
